Abstract

With the rapid development of small satellite technology, the requirements of low cost, flexible and customizable for spacecraft tracking, telemetry, and command (TT&C) management system are put forward. Based on the analysis of the advantages of Internet of things (IoT) communication technology and the requirements of small satellite TT&C system, this paper puts forward a TT&C system scheme based on IoT communication technology, gives the working process and terminal design method, selects LoRa technology as the signal processing unit of the measurement and control system, develops the TT&C link design. The results show that the TT&C system using LoRa as the signal processing unit can meet the current demodulation threshold requirements of TT&C communication for small satellites. Finally, the paper analyzes the Doppler frequency shift problem and gives the solution.
