Abstract

Building energy consumption statistics is an important part of building energy saving, which has a great number of data to be processed. It is essential to evaluate the validity of building energy consumption statistics by using scientific method. However, the traditional method by using energy consumption per unit is very difficult to confirm the reasonable ranges, such as power per unit area, because these indexes generally varies in a large range for most sorts of buildings. Based on the building energy consumption bill, this paper firstly puts forward two new evaluation indexes, ratio of practical energy consumption expense to energy consumption (RREEE) and multiple of standard coal for building and heating ventilation and air-conditioning system. Then this paper finishes the evaluation and analysis for the government buildings, shopping mall buildings, top grade hotel buildings, etc. in Dalian, by using this evaluation method. The results show that it is very easy for the evaluation method of RREEE to adjust the validity and reasonability of the building energy consumption statistics, and easy to finger out the reasonable range of the building energy consumption indexes, which means the evaluation method will have an important practicality in building energy consumption statistics.
