Abstract
At present, the technology of Inductive-power-transfer (IPT) with the character of constant current output (CCO) and constant voltage output (CVO) based on full bridge topologies (FBTs) have been achieved some achievements. However, the existing research achievements on FBTs cannot be applied to the single-switch circuits (SSCs), due to the special structure of SSCs. Hence, in this paper, a kind of topology which can be used in SSCs to realize CCO and CVO was proposed, and the method of calculation was also introduced in detail. The load-independent CCO and CVO modes can be achieved at two different zero-reactive power (ZRP) frequencies. The influence of ZVS margin on the working state of the proposed circuit is analyzed in detail. In addition, the adjustment and calculation method of ZVS margin were discussed, and the constraints of some crucial parameters were also analyzed to guarantee stable running of the circuit. Finally, the simulation and experimental verification were carried out to verify the analysis.
