Abstract

The problem of H ∞ -consensus filtering is addressed in this paper. The focus is placed upon how to design decentralized full-order filters such that the filtering error dynamics achieve consensus and the prescribed noise attenuation level in H ∞ sense. The state decomposition and the Lyapunov function method are utilized to establish sufficient conditions for existence of such filters. In addition, the applicability of the obtained theoretical results are validated by a numerical example.
