Abstract
Abstract A new highly sensitive 1 H- 14 N nuclear-quadrupole double-resonance technique using magnetic field cycling is presented. It is based on a resonant proton-nitrogen coupling at ν H = ν 0 and on the excitations of the two other 14 N NQR transitions by a two-frequency irradiation or by a train of frequency sweeps. The sensitivity and resolution of the new technique are estimated. Some typical examples of its application are presented.
