Abstract
A new genus and species of a Pteromalinae Fusta gen. nov. (Hymenoptera: Pteromalidae) with Fusta wuhuica Xiao and Ye sp. nov. is described from China. This new genus is distinguished by its propodeum with subglobose, reticulate nucha and marginal vein longer than post-marginal.
