Abstract

A new experimental setup has been developed in the Mini Array Research Laboratory, Gauhati University to study UHE Cosmic rays by measuring the arrival time spread of the secondary particles from Extensive Air Showers (EAS) produced by primary particles of energy ≥10 15 eV. The setup consists of fast timing detectors, necessary electronics and microprocessor based data acquisition system. In this paper we discuss details about the hardware and software aspect of the experimental setup.
