Abstract

A new near-infrared fluorophore (DPPAM) based on diketopyrrolopyrrole was developed as bioprobe and cell stain. This bioprobe is shown to be ‘turn-on’ response for BSA with high sensitivity and NIR emission ranged from 600 to 850nm. AIE-assisted bioimaging also exhibited the obvious NIR signals in some special region where the dye-aggregates attached.
