Abstract
The combination Psilanthus brassii (J.-F. Leroy) A. P. Davis, based on the basionym Paracoffea brassii J.-F. Leroy, is proposed. Herbarium research shows that Psilanthus brassii (Rubiaceae7 Coffeeae) occurs in northeastern Australia and Papua New Guinea. Nomenclatural notes on the genus Paracogea J.-F. Leroy, a generic synonym of Psilanthus Hooker f., are provided.
