Abstract
A y' strengthened Co-base superalloy with enhanced high temperature properties has been newly developed and the microstructure is mainly composed of a y/y' (fcc/L1 2 ) structure. The cuboidal y' phase is formed with a bimodal distribution and is suggested to play the role of precipitation hardening.
