Abstract

In this paper, the problem of delay-dependent bounded real lemma (BRL) of discrete-time singular systems with time-varying delays is thoroughly investigated. Without introducing the free-weighting matrices to deal with the cross terms, a delay-dependent H ∞ performance analysis result is established by considering the relationship between the time-varying delay and its upper bound. A new delay-dependent BRL is presented to ensure singular time-delay system to be regular, causal and robust stable in terms of linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach with disturbance attenuation level γ. Numerical examples are given to demonstrate the merits of the proposed method.
