Abstract

A simplified method of permanent fresh whole mounts in the study of calcareous corpuscles in Hymenolepis microstoma has been reported. From diverse observations including formation, distribution, appearance and disappearance of these concretions in different stages of development it is concluded that the present technique is far more easy and superior to other methods with which the results have also been compared.
