Abstract

In recent years, semantic Web services have become a new application over the open, complex internet. Meanwhile, semantic Web services security issues have become more and more important. However, there has no effective access control method which had been presented to assurance the semantic Web services security. This paper proposes a new semantic Web services access control model which is based on an extended security control center to the semantic Web services model. In this model, the access control function is executed by the security control center. Through this method, the access control, indentify verification and the semantic Web services functionality can be described in a manageable, extendable, unified framework, thus our research work will highly enhance the security level of semantic Web services.
