Abstract
The neutrino decay solution to the solar neutrino problem calls for large mixing and a short lifetime for the decaying neutrino. We propose a model for neutrino masses which has these features and furthermore leads to decays into antineutrinos. The resulting fluxes of v e 's are detectable in future solar neutrino detectors. The large v e− v μ mixing can account for the atmospheric neutrino anomaly at the same time.
