Abstract

The safety problem of network storage is much more important than accessibility and usability. In this paper, we present a novel network disk encryption approach basing on dynamic encryption key to protect user data. Firstly, the encryption key is dynamically created for the user, and then user data uploaded to the network disk is encrypted with the dynamic encryption key. Without the dynamic encryption key, others can not get the content of encrypted files. We developed a safe network disk prototypical system to prove our approach.
