Abstract
Sixty six members of a campus police organization of a large northeastern university provided information about the leadership style of their director, and their interactions with peers. Network analyses revealed significant relationships between organizational structural variables and attributions of leadership. Results are discussed in terms of their theoretical and practical significance.
