Abstract

The review of A.N. Savenkov’s monograph “Nuremberg: A Verdict for name of Peace” notes its uniqueness, draws attention to the fact that after 75 years, not only the enduring significance of the Verdict of the Nuremberg Tribunal has been analyzed in detail for the first time, but also the legal basis, concepts and institutional aspects of the Tribunal are shown. The reviewed work is based on a rich historical material, for the first time in the Russian segment of legal science, an analysis of foreign and domestic sources, as well as the official text of the Verdict of the International Military Tribunal, is widely presented
