Abstract
• Dithiocarbamate is the main fungicide class applied on crops in Brazil. • Extraction conditions was evaluated by PBD and optimized by CCRD. • The extraction/clean-up method was fully validated according to SANTE/113112/2021. • Robustness were carried out in different GC-MS, labs, analysts and over time. • A faster and environmentally friendly method was applied in commercial yerba mate.
