Abstract
In the paper a multiprocessor system for operation control of a soda plant near Varna is described, which is based on minicomputers ASVT M-6000The system is built upon the following principles:- independent operation of each proces sor(single processor software);- exchange of numerical information between the processors only;- functional processor hierarchy in the system (obtained by means of special software);- functional processor ability to back-up each other in case of failure.In the paper the system block-diagram is guiven; system software is described also; a short hardware specification is guiven.
