Abstract
A multiposition material probe designed for the Tore Supra tokamak is described. The probe is designed for operating with a device ensuring a reciprocal motion of the probe into a plasma, and allows one to expose up to five samples made of various materials in the peripheral plasma region without removing the probe and exposing it to the atmosphere.
