Abstract

This article deals with the reorganization of a French dental care hospital using a modeling approach with multiple incremental processes. The contribution is original in its dual approach to management science and engineering. The work reflects a double complexity – algorithmic and systemic – in the implementation of tools for the hospital supply chain; it also presents a method for diagnosing a number of malfunctions and solutions. For this purpose, several formal multi-criteria models have been used. The results they show can subsequently help the emergence of a constructive dialogue among the various stakeholders of the dental hospital chain to facilitate its reorganization.
