Abstract
Via transmitting orthogonal waveform and matched filtering in receiving processing,MIMO radar obtains gain from multi-channel observation information. Design of MIMO radar orthogonal waveform demands good cross-correlation performance, as well as range resolution and many other factors. An improved method based on multi-objective evolutionary algorithms is applied to solve the problem of MIMO radar orthogonal waveform design. Compared with traditional evolution algorithms, the performance of introduced method is better, which is much less complicated.
