Abstract

In order to deal with the multi-attribute decision making the problem which is related to the actual decision problem by randomness and uncertainty in the Pythagorean fuzzy environment, this paper proposes a method based on the interval value Pythagorean fuzzy set and the PROMETHEE to solve the multi-attribute decision problem.Firstly, the fuzzy interval Pythagorean decision matrix of each decision maker is constructed, and the weights of decision makers and attributes are determined by the relative proximity coefficient method, the entropy method and the distance of the Pythagorean fuzzy number. Secondly, using the comprehensive weight and IVPFWA operator to aggregate the decision matrix of each decision maker into a comprehensive matrix and Pythagorean fuzzy comprehensive scoring matrix, and then obtain the final sorting result through the PROMETHEE; Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of the algorithm are verified by the factory location example, and compared with the results of TOPSIS and VIKOR methods.
