Abstract

Purpose: Many studies have investigated the psychosocial aspects of being an adolescent with a cleft, but our understanding of other craniofacial conditions remains scarce. This study aims to compare psychosocial adjustments among three groups of adolescents: Craniofacial conditions other than cleft lip and/or palate (CFA), Isolated cleft lip and/or palate (CL/P), and Controls (CON). Our second objective is to identify the influence of social factors on the psychosocial well-being.
