Abstract

Summary Two monoclonal antibodies raised against cortical thymocytes have been found to react with epidermal Langerhans cells in normal human skin. Using these antibodies, an increase in the number of Langerhans cells was seen in the epidermis and dermis of ten biopsies from patients with mycosis fungoides.
