Abstract
A modification of the known Worst pigtail probe is introduced for use in canalicular lacerations in adult patients. The instrument features an increased diameter of its curved parts allowing for a better manipulation in adults. It also allows passage of the smallest available silicone elastomer tubing through an enlarged French eye at the tip of the probe.
