Abstract

Subject. This article examines the processes of digitalization of the economy and the nonuniform geographic distribution of human capital in Russia. Objectives. The article aims to build and describe a model of human capital interregional balance in Russia. Methods. For the study, we used the modeling and balancing methods. Results. The article presents a model of the interregional balance of human capital in Russia, which includes an indicator framework. It justifies the role of each particular indicator and assumptions on the basis of which the proposed model is formed. Conclusions. The presented model can be an effective tool for managing the socio-economic development of the regions.
