Abstract

Due to the high requirements on data’s analyzing and computing ability in time difference of arrival (TDOA) system. Extra attentions are needed to build a robust and powerful server in traditional TDOA system. And normally ordinary servers are not satisfying for their limitation in number of supported servers and clients simultaneously. Thus a new TDOA system takes advantage of cloud computing technology is proposed to offset the shortage in data processing. The experiments in this paper show that implementing cloud computing technology in TDOA location system is meaningful and promising.
