Abstract

In the article authors present the concept of a quality control system in complex and integrated production systems where, due to the specificity of the product, quality control is performed after the production process is completed. The proposed approach is based on the concept of a three-tier hierarchical model of production process quality control. The lowest tier includes control of defined sets of parameters controlled in individual aggregates of the system. The middle control tier includes a mathematical model of the entire complex production system and coordinates work of the lower tier models. At this tier an expert system is used, with a learning mechanism based on the Bayes' theory, to support the production system operator. The highest control tier provides information about technological specification of the product.
