Abstract
Pistonless Syringe Pumps In article number 2106221, Joon-wan Kim and co-workers propose an on-chip microsyringe pump without mechanical sliding parts and with high power sources. As a liquid handing workstation is used for high throughput screening, the authors' micropumps integrated with other microfluidic devices by micro-electro-mechanical systems fabrication have the potential to perform the same function on a palm-sized device in the future.
