Abstract
In order to better understand residents' electricity consumption habits, develop differentiated services, and improve the quality of electricity services, it is important to calculate the basic daily electricity consumption of consumer. In order to calculate the basic daily electricity consumption of consumers, a method based on decision tree is proposed in this paper. Three index should be calculated in order to build the model. Ten consumers' electricity consumption data have been collected to build decision tree. Four consumers' data is used to verify the proposed model. Results show that the method is effective. In future, more data should be collected and used to improve the model.
