Abstract

There is a great variety of devices in domestic IoT (Internet of Things) so that it causes heterogeneous information. For solving multiple nodes with heterogeneous information in unified management and making information processing more intelligential in domestic IoT, the paper has adopted one of ideas of SDN (Software Defined Network) whose mention is to separate data transmitting from controlling system. And based on the idea, one method of multiple nodes sensing of domestic IoT is proposed. It also has planned one simple self-defined agreement. At the same time, the sensed devices will be managed through structure of client/server. Finally as the simulation showed, when the count of nodes and the time of testing increases, the delaying changes little. Otherwise, the dropping rate is low as well. The testing result indicates its stability and reliability is well. Therefore, the method based on SDN architecture can simplify network transmission, and interconnect the multi-protocols embedded device well in domestic IoT. Without doubt, it provides an indiscriminate management method for controlling nodes efficiently in IoT, and it also apply to industry such as security field, manufacture apparatus monitoring and so on.
