Abstract
This article analyzes conceptions of Vague set and bargaining evaluation. Then a new method is presented to aggregating bargaining data by using Vague union set and Vague intersection set operations. And the article introduces TOPSIS (the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution) to solve the final ranking. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
