Abstract
A liquid scintillation technique is described whereby calcium-45 can be assayed at high efficiency (55 per cent) over a calcium carrier range of 0·1 to 300 mg, with no necessity for self-absorption corrections. Comparisons are made between this method and some of the standard techniques for the assay of calcium-45.
