Abstract

With the further development of power consumption plan, the number of power users entering the market has exploded. In order to improve competitiveness and enhance customer stickiness, power sales companies have designed a variety of power retail packages, which challenges the settlement of power retail users. How to adapt to flexible and diverse power retail packages and accurately and efficiently issue the settlement basis of power retail packages is in urgent need of a settlement system and method for power retail packages that can improve the retail market structure and system. At present, the settlement method of retail packages is linked to the types of retail packages. One kind of retail packages is a set of settlement methods and systems. On the one hand, the development of business systems changes frequently, and the response speed is restricted, which makes it difficult to adapt to the flexible, concise and efficient development needs of the retail market; On the other hand, a kind of retail package settlement is a kind of retail settlement list, which is not conducive to the standardized control of retail settlement and the long-term development of the retail market. This paper provides a standardized electricity retail package settlement system and method. Through standardized package conversion mechanism, various retail packages are converted into unified standard packages for settlement. The settlement process is reasonable and efficient, which promotes the construction of electricity retail market and provides effective technical support for the advanced mechanism of electricity retail package settlement.
