Abstract

For the current method of power frequency piezoelectric test, it takes a lot of time to replace the insulation diaphragm and disconnect the test lead. A method of power frequency voltage withstanding test for insulation diaphragm surface is presented. In the traditional test method, when the number of insulation diaphragms is large, moving, wiring, disconnecting, pad plate, change plate will cause manual waste and a lot of time waste. Secondly, the traditional voltage resistance test method of insulated diaphragm is to test the contact between the handheld electrode operating pole and the point surface of the insulated diaphragm. First, there is a personal risk of electric shock. Second, the accuracy of manual operation is low. Third, the handheld operation is time-consuming and laborious. Handling, wiring, disconnection, pad plate, change plate will cause manual waste and a lot of time waste. Through experimental analysis, the power frequency voltage withstanding test device of insulation diaphragm improves the efficiency and accuracy of testing, and also ensures the safety of workers and equipment.
