Abstract

Most image generation techniques scan all image pixels, calculating color and attribute. But traditional left-to-right and top-to-bottom scanning is not a good method to interactive graphics generation, since it gives little or no idea of how the final image will be while it is being generated. This paper presents a technique for generating the image that distributes points evenly over the image and refines it until all points are calculated. At the end we have some comments of efficiency, an improved and portable version of the algorithm is presented.
