Abstract

With the development of power grid, power quality has become a complex problem across the region. In order to accurately get the level of power quality, this paper presents a method for evaluating the benchmarking level of power quality. Combined with benchmarking management, this method first uses stratified random sampling to determine the sample points that can represent the level of power quality of the corresponding region. Then, the index data of the sample points is analyzed from different index dimensions to determine the benchmarking level of power quality. At last, combined with the measured data of power quality monitoring system, this paper verifies the effectiveness and practicability of the method for evaluating the benchmarking level of power quality. This method can accurately get the level of power quality, and it is useful to provide services for power grid management.
