Abstract

A firmware system for noncontact measurements of a double-amplitude peak and frequency of vibrations is intended for laboratory investigations of various vibrating surfaces, e.g., a diffuser of the dynamic loudspeaker, motions of small solid bodies over vibrating surfaces, vibrations of stressed metal constructions, etc. The distinguishing feature of the firmware system is the presence of a converter (test object) with a small weight (160 mg), which is attached to the studied surface. The system contains a video camera, a test object fixed in place on the surface under investigation, and a personal computer.
