Abstract

This thesis will apply meta-analysis to the research of the influence between entrepreneurial orientation and firm performance, through the collection of domestic and foreign relevant bibliographic database for nearly 30 years, we got 143 articles mainly in top journals home and abroad and finally got the meta-analysis research with a total of 99 literatures. In the study, entrepreneurial orientation is divided into five dimensions with innovation, proactiveness, competitive aggressiveness, risk-taking and autonomy. Based on this, the study adds country attributes, eastern and western cultural differences, enterprise age and staff size as regulating variables, to study the influence of the variables on the influence between entrepreneurial orientation and business performance. The results show that entrepreneurial orientation promotes firm performance, and country attributes, eastern and western cultural differences, enterprise age and staff size regulate the influence above. Finally, according to the results of the hypotheses, suggestions are put forward.
