Abstract
A magnetic field can alter the electron drag on a mobile dislocation but it does not affect the phonon drag term. An experiment on zinc crystals shows that a distinction can be made between an electron drag process and a phonon drag process. This technique illustrates that the temperature dependence of the electron drag and phonon drag can be separately established. 8 refs.
