Abstract

With the rapid development of the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) in recent years, the integration of GNSS and satellite communication becomes a hot topic. In our previous work a novel integrated navigation/ communication signal has been proposed, the traditional GNSS signal is used as navigation channel and Cyclic Code Shift Keying (CCSK) signal is used in communication channel. But this communication signal is sensitive to multipath interference. A master-slave receiving scheme based on Rake receiver is proposed in this paper to resist multipath interference. In this scheme, the parameters of Rake receiver are estimated by navigation signal. Simulations indicate that this scheme can effectively suppress multipath interference and improve communication quality. The traditional GNSS signal and corresponding Rake receiver can still work independently, which ensures the compatibility of the integrated signal.
