Abstract

A 58-year old man presented with a large penoscrotal mass. Physical examination demonstrated a massive, cauliflower-like, firm tumor appearing to arise from the left hemiscrotum significantly deviating his penis to the right as well as bilateral palpable inguinal lymph nodes (Fig. 1A).
