NELSON The author a Naval member of the ASNE, is with the Battelle Memorial Institute, a not-for-profit research organization with headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. Prior to joining the Battelle staff in 1960, Mr. Nelson, as a Naval Officer, served as a management computer systems consultant to the Production Officer at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard. Mr. Nelson holds a Professional Degree in Electrical Engineering, an M.Sc.
