Abstract
We prove a Lusternik-Schnirelmann type theorem for locally Lipschitz functionals, by replacing the notion of Frechet-differentiability with the Clarke generalized gradient. We apply our abstract framework to solve a multivalued second order periodic problem generated by non-smooth mappings.
