Abstract

This study explores the potential of specialized computer simulation languages to facilitate the development of more sophisticated and valid models for use in the analysis of administrative planning and decision making problems. A case study of estimating school lunchroom facility needs is used to illustrate the technique, as well as the advantages, of ap plying computer simulation to planning problems.
