Abstract

This research conducted a longitudinal study to investigate the career orientations of Information Systems (IS) professionals for 2002 and 2006 to determine patterns and similarities. Survey data were collected from IS professionals at two separate times. The results of this study showed that IS professionals' career orientations had stayed stable in Taiwan.
