Abstract
This discovery article claims that Walt Whitman might still have been writing for the Brooklyn Daily Eagle while involved with the Brooklyn Daily Times.  It discusses the thematic and stylistic similarities between this newly discovered piece and other Walt Whitman works. It also raises several questions regarding previously accepted ideas about Walt Whitman's journalism.
