A Literature Review of the Academic Study of Tourists’ Environmentally Responsible Behavior in China

Abstract

Training tourists with environmentally responsible behavior is helpful to protect the environment of the tourist destination and is an important way to realize the sustainable development of the tourist destination. Therefore, it is necessary to study and understand the influencing factors and driving mechanism of tourists' environmentally responsible behavior, so as to form strategies for promoting environmentally responsible behavior and therefore provide scientific basis for management decision-making. This paper reviews the relevant research of Chinese scholars on tourists' environmental responsibility behavior, analyzes the characteristics of the literature, summarizes the research hotspots, and draws a research prospect based on the review and analysis, in order to provide reference for relevant research.
