Abstract
随着人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染者和艾滋病(AIDS)患者生命的延长,生存质量(quality of life , QOL)这一反映健康的指标日益受到关注和重视.2000年,WHO和联合国艾滋病规划署(UNAIDS)提出,在降低发病率和死亡率的同时,把提高与健康相关的生存质量作为关怀和支持HIV感染者和艾滋病患者的第3个目标[1].作者就近年来HIV感染者和艾滋病患者生存质量研究方面的进展进行综述。
